Cancellation & Re-schedule

At Psychopark, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make our cancellation and rescheduling process as smooth and fair as possible for all visitors while ensuring that our activities run efficiently.

For General Visitors / Tickets:
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your visit will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit or no-shows are non-refundable.
For Group Bookings / Custom Programs:
  • Cancellations made 7 days in advance are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to prior resource and staff commitments.

Rescheduling Policy

We're happy to help you shift your visit to a better time, depending on availability.

Individual Rescheduling:
  • You can reschedule your visit once at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Further rescheduling or last-minute changes (less than 24 hours) will be treated as a new booking and may be treated as a cancellation.
Group Rescheduling:
  • Group visits or workshop bookings must be rescheduled at least 3 days in advance.
  • Changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event may not be accommodated due to pre-planned logistics.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Important Notes

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • All reschedules are subject to slot availability and program requirements.
  • Psychopark reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, emergencies, etc.). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
