For General Visitors / Tickets:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your visit will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit or no-shows are non-refundable.
For Group Bookings / Custom Programs:
- Cancellations made 7 days in advance are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable due to prior resource and staff commitments.
Rescheduling Policy
We're happy to help you shift your visit to a better time, depending on availability.
Individual Rescheduling:
- You can reschedule your visit once at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Further rescheduling or last-minute changes (less than 24 hours) will be treated as a new booking and may be treated as a cancellation.
Group Rescheduling:
- Group visits or workshop bookings must be rescheduled at least 3 days in advance.
- Changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event may not be accommodated due to pre-planned logistics.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Important Notes
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- All reschedules are subject to slot availability and program requirements.
- Psychopark reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, emergencies, etc.). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
